RETURNS: Most items are returnable but item has to be in Original/New condition as received.
We will cover the cost of the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within two (2) days after receipt of goods.
REFUNDS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways under all circumstances. All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once orders are mailed out, we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
ORDER: Once an order has been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent, @dizzledazzlecosmetics is no longer in possession or has authority of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to contact the mail carrier (Knutsford Express or Zipmail) for more info about your package.
EXCHANGE: We will only facilitate exchanges on certain products within 24 hours, these products must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
